SIZZLING BROWNIE WITH ICECREAM||DRAGONFRUIT MOCKTAIL||KIWI MOCKTAIL|| 

This 2021 kickstarted with a hot , sizzling, sweet brownie along with cold mocktails.Enjoy making this at your parties.

SIZZLING BROWNIE WITH ICECREAM:

INGREDIENTS:

Vanilla ice-cream

chocolate sauce

Sprinkles

FOR BROWNIE:

BANANAS -5
OATS FLOUR-1 CUP
EGGS -2
YOGURT-1/2 CUP
COCOA POWDER-1/3 CUP
PEANUT BUTTER-1/4 CUP
JAGGERY-1/3 CUP
VANILLA EXTRACT-1 TSP
BAKING POWDER-1 TSP

METHOD:

• To a blender add all the ingredients listed for brownie , blend into a nice batter .
• grease the cake mold and transfer the batter into the cake mold.
• Preheat the oven 350 F and cook for 30 minutes.
• Cook it until a the toothpick comes clean.
• Let it cool off and slice it into 4-6 pieces.
• heat the sizzler plate nice and hot.
• Place the brownie on the center, keep 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream drizzle in chocolate sauce sizzling all over the brownie and the plate.
• Sprinkle some colorful sprinkles to add color.
• Serve immediately.

DRAGONFRUIT MOCKTAIL 

INGREDIENTS:

Dragonfruit -1

mint -3-4 leaves

lemon juice -1 tbsp

honey -as per your taste

Carbonated soda

ice cubes

Method:

• Grind 1/2 of the dragon fruit , mint , lemon juice , honey into a fine puree.
• To a serving cup put in adequate puree, some ice  cubes, some chopped dragon fruit and pour in carbonated soda .
• Serve and Enjoy!!

KIWI MOCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS:

Kiwi -3

mint -3-4 leaves

lemon juice -1 tbsp

honey -as per your taste

carbonated soda

ice cubes

Method:

• Grind 2 small kiwis , mint , lemon juice , honey into a fine puree.
• To a serving cup put in adequate puree, some ice  cubes, some sliced kiwi and pour in carbonated soda .
• Serve and Enjoy!!
