KOREAN LAMB BULGOGI


KOREAN LAMB BULGOGI



INGREDIENTS:

Thinly  shredded lamb -300 g
Sliced spring onions White -¼ cup
Sliced Carrot-¼ cup
Chopped  spring onion greens-¼ cup
Gochunjang paste-1 tbsp
Soy sauce-11/2 tbsp 
Sesame oil -1 tbsp

To blend:

Garlic pods -3
Pears-½
Salt- to taste
Roasted sesame seeds-1 tsp
Onion -½

Method:

  • Blend the ingredients listed under to blend into a fine puree.
    In a bowl marinade lamb meat with the blend puree,soy sauce, gochujang  paste,carrot, spring onion greens, spring onion whites, sesame oil  and leave it overnight refrigerated.
    In a grill, place the marinade lamb and cook until well done,turning in between time to time.


  • Serve Lamb bulgogi over Egg Rice or as a starter.
