Crab Meat Indian style
Onion-1 finely chopped
Tomato-1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Cilantro chopped-2 tbsp
Pepper powder-to taste
Turmeric -⅛ tsp
Chili powder- to taste
Garam masala-½ tsp
Oil- 4 tbsp
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add saute ginger garlic paste until the raw flavor goes off.
Then add in the finely chopped onion and saute until translucent.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, turmeric powder, chili powder ,garam masala and fry for a few seconds.
Add in chopped tomato and cook until mushy.
Then add in crab meat and cook until it is well done.it takes approximately 5-7 minutes.
Finally put liberal amount of chopped cilantro and switch off the flame.
In a wide bowl beat eggs and put an adequate amount of salt, pepper and turmeric required for the egg.
Then mix in the cooked crab meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
On a wide pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and pour in the egg batter and spread evenly.
Cover and cook it with the lid.
Once bottom gets cooked ,flip to the other side(Check the video for easy technique)
Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Yummy nandu omelette is ready to serve.
Crab meat -250 g
Chopped onion 1 finely chopped
Salt- to taste
Mustard seeds-½ tsp
Split white lentils-½ tsp
Cumin seeds-½ tsp
Shredded coconut-½ cup
In a kadai heat 2tbsp of oil and temper with mustard seeds .
once its sputter, follow it by adding cumin seeds, split lentils, red chili, green chili, curry leaves, cilantro and turmeric powder.
Then add in finely chopped onion saute for a few seconds.
Put in the crab meat and adequate salt.
Saute it until the crab meat gets cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the egg white all around the meat , mixing it thoroughly.
Cook for another 1 minute,add shredded coconut, mix well and switch off.
