Nattukozhi 65 roast
Ingredients:
Nattu kozhi leg -2
chicken 65 masala-2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
lemon juice -2 tsp
salt -to taste
oil -to deep fry
Preparation time:5 min+30 min marinade
Cooking time :12 min
Method:
- Make slits on the leg piece.
- Mix chicken 65 masala,ginger garlic paste,salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Apply the masala all over the chicken piece and leave it covered in a refrigerator for minimum of 30 minutes.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Deep fry the chicken piece until well roasted.
- Serve as a appetizer/side
