Nattukozhi/Country chicken 65 roast

Nattukozhi 65 roast


Nattu kozhi leg     -2
chicken 65 masala-2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
lemon juice            -2 tsp
salt                         -to taste
oil                           -to deep fry

Preparation time:5 min+30 min marinade
Cooking time      :12 min


  • Make slits on the leg piece.
  • Mix chicken 65 masala,ginger garlic paste,salt and lemon juice in a bowl.

  • Apply the masala all over the chicken piece and leave it covered in a refrigerator for minimum of 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Deep  fry the chicken piece until well roasted.

  • Serve as a appetizer/side
