Summer season has come and here are list of few tips that could be done to make our body adapt and cope up with the sun.

  • Always take an umbrella /hat with you whenever you go out to avoid direct sun on your head
  • Include lots of fruits, juices, tender coconut water ,buttermilk in your diet.
  • Take  shower twice everyday.
  • Try to have oil bath every week.
  • Avoid eating too oily foods during summer.
  • Use sunglasses to protect your eyes.
  • Always wear cotton  clothing anytime of the day.
  • Plan visiting some hill stations to chill out during summer.Or go to swimming regularly,
