Ingredients:
Apple -1 medium
Almonds -5
honey/sugar -2 -3 tsp
milk -3/4 cup
ice cubes -3
Preparation time:5 min
Method:
- Peel the skin of apple and cut into cubes.
- Blend chopped apple with rest of the ingredients in a blender.
- Transfer into a glass and serve
