Quinoa dosai(Quinoa crepes)

 Quinoa dosai is a healthy breakfast recipe made with quinoa ,which is one among the unique grain very rich in protein.



Ingredients:

Quinoa              -3/4 cup
rice flour            -11/2 tbsp
yogurt                -1 tbsp
salt                     -to taste
oil                      -to drizzle

Preparation time:10 hours
Cooking time     :12 min

Method:

  • Soak quinoa in water  over night for at least 10 hours.

  • Drain the water thoroughly.
  • Grind quinoa with fresh water into a fine batter in dosa batter consistency

  • Add 11/2 tbsp of rice flour to it,yogurt adequate salt and mix well.


  • Heat griddle,pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a round  crepe.


  • drizzle little oil,wait until the lower end gets cooked.

  • Turn to the other side and cook until well done.

  • Serve with hot chutney of your choice


Makes 6-8 crepes
