Simple bitter gourd/pagarkai fry
If there could be a simplest way to make bitter gourd taste great then this is it.It just taste awesome with sambar rice/curd Rice
Preparation time:15 min
Cooking Time :15-20 min
Ingredients:
Bitter gourd -3
Salt -to taste
turmeric -pinch
chili powder - 3/4 tsp
oil -2 -3tbsp
Salt -to taste

Method:
- Cut the edges of bitter gourd.Scrape the rough parts of the bitter gourd.Slit them and remove the seeds.Chop into fine cubes.
- In a pan heat oil and add the cubed bitter gourd.
- Sprinkle adequate salt and turmeric.Fry on medium.
- When the bitter gourd is half done add the chili powder too.
- Fry until it turns well cooked and crisp.
- Serve as a side with Rice
