Microwave Banana Pudding
Microwave banana pudding can be prepared with fewer ingredients and efficiently make use of the ripen bananas. So this yummy dessert can be made as a surprise to your family /visiting guests in no time.

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Brown sugar -1/2 cup
Butter -1/2 cup @ room temperature
Egg -2
Cinnamon powder -1 tsp
milk -2 tbsp
baking powder -1 tsp
salt -1/4 tsp

Ingredients:
Banana -2All purpose flour - 1 cup
Brown sugar -1/2 cup
Butter -1/2 cup @ room temperature
Egg -2
Cinnamon powder -1 tsp
milk -2 tbsp
baking powder -1 tsp
salt -1/4 tsp
Method:
- Microwave butter in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute 30 seconds
- Now mash 11/2 banana into it and mix brown sugar.
- Now add egg,cinnamon powder, milk and mix well.
- In a mixing bowl sieve together all purpose flour,baking powder and salt.
- Mix the sieved flour into the remaining ingredients.
- Slice the remaining 1/2 banana and arrange it in the top.Microwave it for 8 minutes or until risen .
- Serve warm.You can top with whipped cream/icing sugar also.
