Oeuf Chimay
Oeuf chimay is a french delicacy in which boiled eggs are stuffed with bellpepper-mushroom combo and topped with bechamel sauce and cheese.
Ingredients:
hard boiled eggs -4mushroom -200 g chopped finely
bell pepper -2 tbsp chopped finely
butter -1 tbsp
salt -to taste
chili powder/paprika -1/2 tsp
white sauce -1/2 cup or more as needed
shredded cheese -as needed

Method:

- Boil eggs perfectly.
- In a pan heat butter and fry mushrooms and bell pepper seasoned with salt and paprika until well done.Transfer into a bowl.
- Remove the shells off the boiled eggs.Cut into half.
- Scoop out the egg yolks and mix it with the mushroom stuffing thoroughly.
- fill the prepared stuffing into the egg white.
- Take a microwave safe bowl and layer with the white sauce.
- Then arrange the stuffed eggs over it.
- Layer again with little more white sauce.
- Top it up with shredded cheese .
- Microwave it for 1 minute or as needed to melt the cheese.Serve immediately.
- Oeuf Chimay (Oeuf - eggs in french) is ready to serve.
