Ingredient:

Fenugreek/vendhayam    -1/2 cup

Method:

  • In a pan dry roast the fenugreek/vendhayam until golden.

  • Allow it to cool off and blend it into a fine powder.


  • This powder can be used in making theeyals, thokkus and lot other recipes .
