Fenugreek powder/vendhaya podi
Ingredient:
Fenugreek/vendhayam -1/2 cup
Method:
- In a pan dry roast the fenugreek/vendhayam until golden.
- Allow it to cool off and blend it into a fine powder.
- This powder can be used in making theeyals, thokkus and lot other recipes .
