cabbage capsicum masala


cabbage                 - 2  cups shredded
bell pepper             - 3cups colors of your choice
onion                     -1 cup sliced
tomato ketchup      -2 tbsp
milk                      -4 tbsp
cumin seeds          -1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste  - 1 tsp
coriander powder   - 2tsp
chili powder          - 1 tsp
garam masala        -1/4 tsp
salt                       -to taste             
oil                         -2 tsp


  • In a kadai heat oil and temper with cumin seeds.

  • Fry ginger garlic paste until the raw flavor goes off and add the onions.

  • Once the onion turns transparent add coriander powder,chili powder, salt, garam masala. mix well .

  • Add in the tomato ketch up and mix well.

  • Put the shredded cabbage  and sliced bell peppers.stir fry until well done.

  • When its done add 3 tbsp of milk and chopped cilantro and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Serve with Chapathi/Naan
