Kothavarangai vathal/Dried Cluster beans
Ingredients:
Kothavarangai/cluster beans -150 g
salt -2 tsp
water -1/4 cup
Method:
- Cut both the edges of kothavarangai/cluster beans
- In a microwave safe bowl put the kothavarangai/cluster beans with water and salt.
- Cook in microwave for 5-7 minutes /you can also cook in stove top until the cluster beans is cooked completely.
