Home made vanilla icecream(no icecream maker)

Home made vanilla icecream

Ingredients:

Heavy cream/whipping cream    - 1 cup
sweetened condensed milk         -  1 cup
vanilla extract                             -   1/2 tsp

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl pour a cup of whipping cream and whip with a electric mixer until foamy.




  • Now pour the condensed milk and vanilla extract.




  • Mix well until blended and freeze it for at least 6 hours before serving.


Serve cold


Serves 4-6
