Chicken Chilli Roast
Ingredients:
For marinating:
Boneless chickenbreasts - 500 gsalt - to taste
chilli powder - 2 tsp
chilli vinegar - 1 tsp
For grinding:
Onion -1/2ginger -2inch
garlic cloves -4
green chillies -1or 2
For sauce:
Onion - 1 finely choppedtomato - 1 finely chopped
salt - to taste
oil - to fry
Method:
- marinade chicken with the ingredients for marinating for atleast an hour.
- Fry the chicken until it turns golden and remove and keep it aside.
- Grind the ingredients given for grinding into a paste.
- In a same pan heat the oil and add the finely chopped onions.
- add the ground paste .
- cook until the raw flavor goes off.
- Follow it with tomatoes and desired salt.
- cook until it becomes mushy
- Add fried chicken.
- Stir well to coat the chickenwith the sauce
- Garnish with cilantro or spring oinion
- Serve as an appetizer or side to any main course.
