Tamagayoki(japanese cuisine)
Ingredients:
Eggs-4
spring onions-3tbsp finely chopped
salt-to taste
chilli powder/chilli flakes -1/2 tsp
non stick spray/oil
non stick spray/oil
Method:
- In a bowl add four eggs and beat it well.
- Add desired salt,chilli flakes,spring onions to it and mix well.
- Heat a tawa and use non stick spray/drizzle oil
- Start pouring the egg into a thin sheet ,and keep the remaining separately.
- Start rolling from one edge like rolling bed sheet (see pic) and move to a corner.
- Again pour a thin sheet. Repeat the same rolling step .The layers become thick and soft .
- Keep repeating until the egg is done.
