Prawn sesame toast (chinese cuisine)


Prawn sesame toast (chinese cuisine)



Bread             -2 slices
prawns           -10
soy sauce       -1tsp
eggwhite        -1 /2 tbsp.
salt                 -to taste
pepper            - to taste
sesame seeds -1 tbsp.
oil                  -to deep fry



  • In a bowl beat the egg white(1/2 tbsp.)with a spoon.
  • Blend prawns in a mixer into a smooth paste
  • Cut the corners of the bread slices and make it into halves
  • Mix ground prawns, soy sauce, salt, pepper, egg white well.
  • Coat one side of each cut bread slice with the mixture
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
  • Heat oil for frying
  • Deep fry the toast on both sides until golden
  • Serve as a snack
