Prawn Pakoda/Shrimp pakoda
Ingredients:
Prawn -10 no
besan/gram flour-1/4 cupcorn flour -1 tbsp.
rice flour -1 tsp
chili powder -1 tsp
salt -to taste
cilantro -finely chopped
curry leaves -few
garlic cloves -1 crushed
small onion -2
oil -to deep fry
Method:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together to coat the shrimps. You can drizzle little water if needed for well coating.
