grilled Dill Fish
Ingredients:
Fish (2 fillets) - 100 g
Dill sprigs -1/4 cup
salt - to taste
pepper -to taste
lemon juice -1 tsp
oil/non stick spray - to apply on grill
Method:
- In a bowl marinade fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill sprigs for 15 minutes.
- Apply oil/non stick spray over the grill
- Grill both sides of fish
- Serve as an appetizer.
