Meal maker kofta curry
Ingredients
To make Koftas:
Meal maker/soya chunks -11/2cup
mashed potato -1/2 cup
paneer -1/2cup
corn flour -1tbsp
chili powder -1/2tsp
coriander powder -1tsp
cumin powder -1/2 tsp
coriander leaves -few(finely chopped)
Cashew nut -1 tbsp (finely chopped)
salt -to taste
oil -to deep fry
For curry
Onion - 1
cashew nuts -4
Tomato -11/2 number
Chili powder -1/2tsp
Kashmiri chili powder-1/2tsp
Cumin powder -1/2tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
Fresh cream -1/2 cup
Oil -3tbsp
Salt -to taste

To make curry:
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste stir for a minute and add cashews, onions.
- when onion gets cooked .add tomato ,salt and saute well
- Follow it with chili powder, kashmiri chili powder and cumin powder and stir for 2 minutes and switch off the stove.
- Once it gets cooled down put it in the blender and make a paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan a allow cumin seeds to splutter
- add the ground paste along with add little water.
- Once it gets cooked and the gravy gets thick add fresh cream mix well then cook for few minutes.
- switch off the stove and add the koftas.
- Garnish with coriander leaves .
- Serve with naan/ chapathi/jeera rice/ ghee rice.
