Shrimp Pulav/Prawn Pulav
Ingredients:
shrimps/prawns -300 gBasmathi Rice -11/2 cup
yogurt -1 tbsp.
onion -1 medium sliced
green chillies -5-6
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp.
whole garam -for tempering
chopped cilantro -1/2 cup
mint leaves -1/4 cup
salt -to taste
ghee -1/2 tbsp.
Method:
- Soak basmathi Rice for atleast 15-20 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker heat ghee/oil and temper with whole garam and cashews.
- When cashews turn golden add the onions and fry until transparent
- Now follow it with ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw flavor goes off
- Add the chopped cilantro, mint leaves and green chillies.
- When it gets shrinked add the tomatoes .
