Peanut balls/kadalai urundai
Ingredients:
roasted Peanuts - 1 cup
Palm jaggery/karuppatti-75-100 g
Method:
Crush palm jaggery /karuppati using a small hammer.
In a mixer blend roasted peanuts into coarse powder.
Now add the crushed black sugar to it.
Blend slowly every few seconds so that it turns to consistency for holding balls.(do not beat the mixer at a stretch)
make balls of desired size .
Store it in an air tight container for longer use.
Nutritious peanut balls/kadalai urundai is ready
