Peanut balls/kadalai urundai

 
 

Ingredients:

roasted Peanuts   - 1 cup
Palm jaggery/karuppatti-75-100 g
 

 Method:

  •  Crush palm jaggery /karuppati  using a small hammer.


  • In a mixer blend roasted peanuts into coarse powder.


  • Now add the crushed black sugar to it.
  • Blend slowly every few seconds so that it turns to consistency for holding balls.(do not beat the mixer at a stretch)


  • make balls of desired size .
  • Store it in an air tight container for longer use.


  • Nutritious peanut balls/kadalai urundai is ready
