Paneer tikka

Paneer tikka



Ingredients:

Paneer                -250 g
onion                  -1/2 cubed
tomato                -1 cubed
bell pepper         -1/2 cubed

For marinating:

yogurt                  -3 tbsp
coriander powder -11/2 tsp
cumin powder      -1 tsp
chilli powder        -1 -11/2 tsp
garam masala        -1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-11/2 tsp
salt                        -to taste
food colour           -optional

Method:

  • In a bowl mix the ingredients given for marinating together .


  • Mix it to the paneer cubes as needed.
  • Add the remaining marinade to the cubed onions, tomatoes and bell pepper for 15-30 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 375 f .
  • Grease the oven pan with oil/non stick spray and put the paneer cubes and the onion tomatoes and bell pepper spread.

  • Cook for 15-20 minutes turning in occasionally.

  • Paneer tikka is ready to serve
