Cauliflower Bhurji


 

Ingredients

Cauliflower           -1
Onion                    -1
Tomato                  -1
Chili powder         -1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Coriander powder  -2 tsp
Tumeric power      -1/8tsp
Fennel powder       -1/2tsp
Cumin seeds          -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder      -1/4tsp
Garam powder      -1/4tsp
Salt                       -to taste

Method:

  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and put into the boiling water and add salt.blanch for few minutes and remove it.


  • Once  it gets cooled down cut into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to splutter.


  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for  a minute and add onion.


  •  Once onion gets cooked , add tomato  and saute well .Follow it with spice powders and stir for a minute.

  • Then add finely chopped cauliflower and stir well and add sprinkle some water .


  • once cauliflower gets cooked well and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.



  • Ready to serve with rice,dosa,chapati.
    Serves  4
