Tofu Bhurji
Ingredients:
Extra firm tofu - 350 gonion - 1 medium finely chopped
tomato - 2 small finely chopped
bell pepper - 1/2 chopped
gingergarlic paste - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 11/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
turmeric -1/4 tsp
salt - to taste
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
green chillies - 3-4
oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- Drain the tofu , crumble it and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat oil and allow cumin seeds to crackle.
- Add the onion and chopped green chillies.
- Once it turns transparent add ginger garlic paste,turmeric, and fry until the raw flavor goes off.
- Now add the chopped bell pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
