Spinach and artichoke dip

Spinach and artichoke dip

 
 

Ingredients:

Spinach                                  - 11/2 cup finely chopped
Artichoke hearts                    - 4-5 finely chopped
cream cheese                         - 8 oz
sour cream                             -1/2 cup 
shredded parmesan cheese    -1/2 cup
salt                                         -to taste
Red chilli flakes                    -1 tsp
garlic powder                        -1/4 tsp
 

Method:

In a Pot boil water and add the chopped spinachand artichokes.


 
Cook for 4-5 minutes
Drain the water and keep it aside.
blend all the ingredients with a spoon until well mixed .



Heat in microwave for1 minute 30 seconds


Serve with bread/tortilla chips
