Schezwan Vegetable fried Rice
Ingredients:
basmathi rice-11/2 cupcabbage-1/2 cup finely chopped
carrot-1/4 cup finely chopped
green beans-1/2cup finely chopped
spring onion greens-1/4 cup finely chopped
onion-1/4 cup finely chopped
bell pepper -1/4 cup finely chopped
schezwan sauce- 1 tbsp
soy sauce-1 tsp
ajinomotto-little
salt-to taste.
pepper-l/2 tsp
oil-2 tsp
Method:
- In a pressure cooker/pot cook Rice until 90% done.
- In a kadai heat oil and add onions.
- Fry for a minute and add schezwan sauce.
- Stir well and add carrots, green beans, bell pepper, cabbage, spring onions one by one.
- Add little salt, ajinomoto, soy sauce, pepper.
- Now add the cooked rice and stir for few more minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve with schezwan chicken.
