Schezwan Vegetable fried Rice

Schezwan Vegetable fried Rice



Ingredients:

basmathi rice-11/2 cup
cabbage-1/2 cup finely chopped
carrot-1/4 cup finely chopped
green beans-1/2cup finely chopped
spring onion greens-1/4 cup finely chopped
onion-1/4 cup finely chopped
bell pepper -1/4 cup finely chopped
schezwan sauce- 1 tbsp
soy sauce-1 tsp
ajinomotto-little
salt-to taste.
pepper-l/2 tsp
oil-2 tsp

Method:

  • In a pressure cooker/pot cook Rice until 90% done.
  • In a kadai heat oil and add onions.
  • Fry for a minute and add schezwan sauce.

  • Stir well and add carrots, green beans, bell pepper, cabbage, spring onions one by one.
  • Add little salt, ajinomoto, soy sauce, pepper.

  • Now add the cooked rice and stir for few more minutes.

  • Garnish with spring onions.

  • Serve with schezwan chicken.
