Meal maker kofta/soya chunks kofta
Ingredients:
Meal maker/soya chunks -11/2cupmashed potato -1/2 cup
paneer -1/2cup
corn flour -1tbsp
chili powder -1/2tsp
coriander powder -1tsp
cumin powder -1/2 tsp
coriander leaves -few(finely chopped)
Cashew nut -1 tbsp (finely chopped)
salt -to taste
oil -to deep fry
Method:
Make meal maker keema:
If you get soya granules then cook it in boiled water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze the water and use it. If you have soya chunks then cook it in boiled water for 10 minutes.
Drain and squeeze the water thoroughly allow it to cool and blend it into mixer to make soya keema

Make mashed potato:
Boil potato in water until well cooked .Drain the water and peel skin and mash it with a potato masher/spatula
How to make koftas
- Take a big bowl add meal maker keema , 1/2 cup of mashed potato and 1/2 cup of shredded paneer mix well.
- Then add all other ingredients mix well (donot add water) make a dough.
- Make small balls/koftas of desired size.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan ,once oil is hot fry the koftas until golden brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
