Chicken stock

Chicken stock



Chicken                -1/2 kg
Onion                   -1 medium ,chopped
Tomato                 -1 medium chopped
Chilli power         -3  pinch
Pepper powder     -1tbsp
Carrot                    -1/2
Cinnamon stick     -1
Cardamom           -2
garlic cloves         -3 Crushed
Crushed ginger     -2 inch
Coriander stems    -few
salt                       -to taste


Take pressure cooker add all the ingredients along with 2 cups of water and cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

Once pressure goes off  then open and filter  the  liquid stock.

You can store chicken stock in air tight container.
