Bitter gourd / pagarkai pakoda
Ingredients
Pagarkai(bitter gourd)- 200 kg
Besan flour - 3/4 cup
rice flour -1 tbsp
corn flour -2tsp
chilli powder -1 tsp
cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Fennel powder -1/4 tsp
crushed ginger &garlic-1 tbsp
onion -1/2 or 1 medium
curry leaves -few
salt - to taste
oil -for frying
Method
Cut the bitter gourd into slice like a circle and add salt and turmeric powder.
Then cook for 3 minutes in the microwave.
Take big bowl mix all ingredients together and add bitter gourd.(Don't add water).
Ready to serve the pakoda.
