Mutton bones clear soup
Ingredients:
Mutton bones - 500 gshallots/small onions - 6-8
ginger crushed -1/2 inch
garlic crushed -1-2 cloves
fennel seeds -1/2 tsp
cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
curry leaves -few
cilantro -little
salt -to taste
turmeric -1/4 tsp
pepper -to taste
Method:
- In a pressure cooker put all the ingredients above along with 3 cups of water.
- Pressure cook for a whistle and simmer upto 45 - 60 minutes.
- witch off and open it when the pressure goes off.
- Filter the soup and add desired salt and pepper more if needed.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot .
