Fish Finger

Fish Finger



for marinade

Fish                            -1/4 kg
Chilli powder             -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder      -1/4 tsp
cumin  powder           -1/4 tsp
garam masala             -pinch
lemon juice                -1 tsp
ginger & garlic paste -1/2tsp
coriander leaves- few(chopped)
salt to taste

for coating

corn flour     -4 tbsp
egg               -1
salt               - little for flour
oil for deep fry


  • Cut the fish into rectangular like finger shape
  • Marinate with first ingredients for 30 minutes.
  • Take a bowl and beat a egg .
  • Take plate put corn flour and breadcrumbs and little salt then mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan mean while take a fish and do egg wash and coat with flour mixture
  • then put into the hot oil and fry until golden brown in medium flame.
  • Serve  with ketch up
