Fish cutlet/Fish patties
Ingredients:
Fish - 200g
Potato - 200g
salt - to taste
chilli powder - 1 tsp
fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala -1/4 tsp
pepper powder -2 tsp
gingergarlicpaste -1 tsp
egg white -1
bread crumbs - as needed.

oil - to shallow fry
Method:
- Boil the potato in a cooker/pot until well cooked.
- Place fish in a pot and steam cook in pressure cooker for a whistle.
- Mince the fish piece with the hands removing the bones .
- Peel and mash the potato well with masher/spatula
- Take egg white Seperately.
