Banana Halwa

Banana Halwa
Ingredients:
banana - 3 ripe
condensed milk - 3 tbsp
ghee - 2-3 tbsp
cardamom powder - 1/8 tsp
food colour - pinch
cashews -to garnish
Method:
Peel the banana and mash with the hands/potato masher.
In a pan heat a tbsp of ghee and add the pureed banana.
Keep stirring for 10 -12 minutes on medium or until the raw flavour goes off
Sprinkle some cardamom powder and food colour.
Mix well and add the condensed milk.
Keep stirring adding remaining ghee slowly for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with fried cashews and serve in a dessert bowl.
