Vegetable masala dosai
Ingredients:
Dosa batter - 1 cupvegetable masala - 1 cup
ghee/oil - 3-4 tsp
Method:
- In a tawa spread a scoop of dosa batter into nice round circle.
- Drizzle a tsp of ghee/oil on it.
- When it starts turning golden spread a scoop of Vegetable masala at the center.
- After a while slowly fold the dosa from one side as in picture.
- Now fold the other side as in picture.
- Remove from tawa and Serve with chutney.
