Turkey Tandoori

Turkey Tandoori


Ingredients:

turkey leg& thighs              -5
Plain yogurt                        -1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste             -11/2 tbsp
Chilli powder                     -1 tbsp
Coriander powder              -1 tbsp
Cumin powder                   -1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder       -1tsp
Peper powder                    -1/2tbsp
Food color(red)                 -little
Fenugreek powder            -1/2 tbsp
salt                                    -to taste
oil                                      - for brushing







Method:
Slice in the turkey on with a knife on several places
Mix all spices with yogurt to make marinating paste.


Then apply the mixture allover the turkey and rub it into the flesh, . and  refrigerate  overnight.

, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the turkey on a tray , brush with oil and put it in oven



Cook for 35  minutes until golden brown (you can put in broil mode for the last 5 minutes to get  crisp  if you prefer too.)






Serve with sliced onions
