yellow moong dal dosa/pasiparuppu dosai
Ingredients:
yellow moong dhal/pasiparuppu - 1 cupginger - 1/2 inch
green chillies - 2
hing - 1/4 tsp
salt - to taste
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Soak moongdhal inwater for atleast 3 hours.
- Drain the water.
- In a blender put drained yellow moongdhal,green chillies,ginger,hing and salt.
- Blend it into a fine paste adding little water to make a dosa batter consistency.
- Add cumin seeds to it.
- Heat dosa pan and pour a spoon of batter and make a circle by spreading it in circular motions(like u make ordinary crispy dosa)
- Pour little oil/ghee and turn when the lower part turns golden
- Cook another few seconds
- Serve with sambhar and chutney
