yam fry/senaikizhangu varuval
Ingredients:
Yam/senaikizhangu - 350 g
salt - to taste
chilli powder - 11/2 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
urad dhal - 1 tsp
curry leaves - few
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and temper with mustard seeds,urad dhal,curry leaves.
