Milk                          -   1 litre
sugar                         -   1 cup
water                         -    3 cup
cardamom                 -    1 -2
lemon                        -     1



  • In a pot allow milk to boil and add the lemon juice.
  • allow the milk to curdle and switch off the stove.

  • Put a cloth over a drainer and completely squeeze out the water.

  • Put the paneer cheese over the plate and knead it well by pressing with the palms until it forms a smooth dough

  • Make it into equal sized balls

  • In a pressure cooker add 1 cup of sugar and 3 cups of water with the cardamom and allow it to boil

  • Once it starts boiling well add the ball to it and pressure cook upto 2 whistles
  • The balls become double the size

  • Allow it to cool and serve as a dessert
