Rasagulla
Ingredients:
Milk - 1 litresugar - 1 cup
water - 3 cup
cardamom - 1 -2
lemon - 1
Method:
- In a pot allow milk to boil and add the lemon juice.
- allow the milk to curdle and switch off the stove.
- Put a cloth over a drainer and completely squeeze out the water.
- Put the paneer cheese over the plate and knead it well by pressing with the palms until it forms a smooth dough
