Ingredients
Condensed Milk-14 oz
Riccotta Cheese-15oz
butter -1tbsp
cinnamon powder-pinch
Nuts - to garnish
Method
- Heat a pan and melt the butter.
- Add condensed milk and riccotta cheese,cinnamon powder to it and mix well.
- Continue to stir until it gets thick and looks like a palkova.
- Spread it into a greased plate and garnish with nuts on top of it.
- Once it get cooled down cut it into squares.
- Your milk cake is Ready to serve .
Take a microwave safe big bowl and mix all the ingredients .
set the microwave for 25 minutes.
In between (every 5 min once) take it out from microwave and stir gently .The bowl will be very hot so carefully remove it using a
towel/mittens
Spread it into a greased plate and garnish with nuts on top of it.
Once it get cooled down cut it into squares.Garnish with nuts.
Your milk cake is Ready to serve .
