BREAKFAST PANCAKES
We all need a healthy breakfast in the morning to keep us more energetic through out the day.Also we look for easy to make ,kids friendly recipe too.Here is two healthy breakfast pancakes that's super easy and super yummy.
BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
Banana -3
Rolled oats -1 cup
Egg -1
Milk -1/2 cup
Unsalted butter -as needed
Vanilla extract -1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Baking powder -1/2 tbsp
METHOD:
- Add all the ingredients listed in the ingredients except unsalted butter to a blender,and blend it into a fine batter.
- To a hot skillet , add butter as needed and pour in a ladle of the batter .
- Get the pancake turned to the other side once the bottom gets cooked.
- Cook it for few seconds and serve hot with maple syrup/honey
RAGI PANCAKES:
INGREDIENTS:
Ragi/Finger millet flour -3/4 cup
milk-3/4
butter-2 tbsp
jaggery-2 tbsp
cocoa powder -1/4 cup
dark chocolate shave -2 tbsp
choco chips - to garnish
baking powder-1/2 tbsp
METHOD:
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients listed above.
- Then add butter and milk and whisk it into a fine batter.
- To a hot skillet , add butter as needed and pour in a ladle of the batter .
- You can top it with few chocochips if you wish too.
- Get the pancake turned to the other side once the bottom gets cooked.
- Cook it for few seconds and serve hot with Chocolate syrup/honey
