A Platter using one Vegetable Stuffing
Paneer-1 cup crumbled
Ginger garlic paste-½ tbsp
Soy sauce -1 tsp
In a food processor chop cabbage, carrot, green beans into fine chop.Or you can cut using a knife.
In a pan heat oil and saute ginger garlic paste until raw flavor goes off.
Then saute finely chopped onion and fry until translucent.
Add in the chopped veggies saute for a minute or two.
Then add in salt, soy sauce , pepper , mix well and finally add sugar.
Then put the crumbled paneer and switch off the flame.
VEG PANEER DOSA
Heat a skillet and pour in a ladle of dosa batter and spread it evenly on the skillet.
Then drizzle in oil all over the dosa and spread tomato chutney or pizza sauce over it or whatsoever available.
Then spread two scoops of vegetable stuffing and cook until the bottom turns golden.
VEG PANEER FRITTATA:
In a bowl whisk in 2 eggs along with chopped chili, cilantro, salt and pepper thoroughly.
Add in two scoops of vegetable stuffing and mix it thoroughly
In a skillet spread butter liberally and pour in the egg batter.
Cover the skillet and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
VEG PANEER FRIED RICE:
In a bowl mix 2 shredded garlic with ½ tsp of chili powder and a tablespoon of water.
Heat oil in a kadai and the garlic chili mixture to it and stir it well without the masala getting burnt.
Add in 2-3 scoops of vegetable stuffing and stir thoroughly.
Put 2 cups of cooked rice and mix it thoroughly.
Veg paneer fried rice is ready to serve.
VEG PANEER MOMOS
- Knead ½ cup of wheat flour,¼ tsp of salt,½ tablespoon of oil and ¼ cup of water(approximately) into a smooth pliable dough.
Make into tiny sized balls and roll it into circles.
Place the stuffing in the center .
Start making pleats from the corner towards the center and make it into dumplings.
Steam the momo dumplings for 10 minutes .
