Tomato Basil Sandwich

Tomato basil Sandwich is a very healthy sandwich that can be made in a jiffy. It is a good option for kids lunch box.

 

Ingredients:

Bread                                   -6
Roma tomato                       -1
cucumber                             -1/2
Cream Cheese                      -2 tbsp
Fresh Basil                           -chiffonade
Eggless  Mayonnaise           -2 tbsp
Salt                                       -to taste
Pepper                                  -to taste

Preparation time: 10 min

Method:

  • Cut the brown edges of the Bread.



  • Place another slice of bread over it and spread cream cheese over it.

 

  • Spread basil chiffonade  over the cream cheese.
                                     
  • Arrange the tomato slices and sprinkle little  salt and pepper over it .



  • Cover with another slice of bread.
