Mushroom Corn masala
Mushroom Corn masala is a rich and creamy masala that goes very well with Chapathi/Naan/Phulkas.It can also be served with Rice/Pulav varieties too.

Ingredients:
Mushroom -300 gsweet corn -1 cup
onion -1 medium finely chopped
tomato -2 medium pureed
ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
coriander powder -2 tsp
cumin powder -1/2 tsp
garam masala -1/4 tsp
chili powder -1 tsp
green chili -2 finely chopped
kasoori methi -1/2 tsp
heavy cream -2 tbsp
butter -1/2 tbsp
oil -1 tbsp
salt -to taste
Preparation time:10 min
Cooking time :20 min
Method:
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry the chopped onion until golden.
- Saute ginger garlic paste until the raw flavor goes off.
- Pour in the pureed tomato and cook for a minute.
- Add in coriander powder, chili powder, green chili, garam masala, cumin powder and mix well.
- Cook until oil oozes from the side add the butter and crushed kasoori methi(dried fenugreek leaves)
- Add the chopped mushrooms mix well and add the sweet corn.
- After two minute add little water and close it. Pressure cook for a whistle.
- Once the pressure goes off open the lid and cook for a minute .Then add the heavy cream.
- After few seconds ,garnish with the cilantro.
- Serve with Naan/chapathi/Phulka
