Mutton Keema cutlet
Ingredients:
mutton keema/minced meat -250 gonion -2 tbsp finely chopped
salt -to taste
turmeric -pinch
chili powder -1/4 tsp
potato - 200 g
egg -1
mint leaves -2 sprigs chopped
green chili -3
turmeric -pinch
garam masala -1/4 tsp
cilantro -11/2 tbsp chopped
bread crumbs -as needed
oil -to shallow fry
Method:
- In a pressure cooker cook mutton keema for 3 whistles with little turmeric ,salt and chili powder.Also boil potato until soft and tender.Peel the skin off and mash the potato.
- Pulse the cooked keema in mixer for few seconds.
- In a mixing bowl mix the mashed potato,ground keema,onion,cilantro,mint leaves, garam masala, green chilies,salt.
- Make small patties.
- Beat egg in a bowl.Dip the patties in egg mixture..
- Coat it with bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry the patties until golden on both sides.
- Mutton cutlet is ready to serve.
