Sweet corn vegetable soup
Ingredients:
Vegetable stock -21/2 cups
Sweet corn -1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
green beans -1/4 cup
Salt -to taste
Pepper powder -to taste
Spring onion -1/4 cup
onion of spring onion-little
oil/butter -1 tsp
Sweet corn -1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
green beans -1/4 cup

Spring onion -1/4 cup

oil/butter -1 tsp
To grind
Sweet corn -1/4 cup heaped
Method:
- Grind the sweet corn in a blender into a smooth paste.
- In a kadai heat oil and add the onions of a spring onion.stir for a few seconds .
- Then add all the veggies,fry adding adequate salt and pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add the spring onion and vegetable stock.
- When it starts boiling,add pureed corn.
- cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve the soup hot.
