Schezuan Dosa
Ingredients:
Dosa batter -as neededginger chopped -1/4 tsp
Garlic chopped -1/4 tsp
Mixed vegetables -2 cups
(Cabbage,bell pepper,greenbeans,carrots)
onion -1/4 sliced
Soy sauce -1/4 tsp
schezuan sauce -1 tbsp
sugar -1/4 tsp(optional)
oil -3/4 tsp
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and add fry the chopped ginger and garlic.
- Once the raw flavor goes off add the sliced onions.
- when it turns transparent add the sliced carrots,green beans and bell pepper
- fry for 2 -3 minutes and add cabbage.
- Mix well and add schezuan sauce,soy sauce and salt.
- Cook for another 3 minutes.you can add little sugar it at the end if you prefer to.
- In a griddle make a dosa(do not make it too thin or too thick)
- when it gets little cooked slightly even out the top of the dosa with a spatula.apply little schezuan sauce on half side of the dosa and place the vegetable stuffing at one corner
- when the dosa starts getting golden roll the dosa from the stuffing corner .turn the roll to the other side and cook for few seconds.
- Schezuzan dosa is ready to serve.
