Schezuan Dosa

Schezuan Dosa


Dosa batter           -as needed
ginger chopped      -1/4 tsp
Garlic chopped      -1/4 tsp
Mixed vegetables   -2 cups
(Cabbage,bell pepper,greenbeans,carrots)
onion                    -1/4 sliced
Soy sauce              -1/4 tsp
schezuan sauce      -1 tbsp
sugar                     -1/4 tsp(optional)
oil                         -3/4 tsp


  • In a pan heat oil and add fry the chopped ginger and garlic.

  • Once the raw flavor goes off add the sliced onions.

  • when it turns transparent add the sliced carrots,green beans and bell pepper

  • fry for 2 -3 minutes and add cabbage.
  • Mix well and add schezuan sauce,soy sauce and salt.

  • Cook for another 3 can add little sugar it at the end if you prefer to.
  • In a griddle make a dosa(do not make it too thin or too thick)

  • when it gets little cooked slightly even out the top of the dosa with a spatula.apply little schezuan sauce on half side of the dosa and place the vegetable stuffing at one corner

  • when the dosa starts getting golden roll the dosa from the stuffing corner .turn the roll to the other side and cook for few seconds.

  • Schezuzan dosa is ready to serve.
