Tangy Chicken Legs


Tangy Chicken Legs


For marinade:

chicken drumsticks             -3
chili powder                        -1/2 tsp
coriander powder                -1 tsp
garam masala                      -1/4 tsp
salt                                       -to taste
oil                                        - 2 tsp

For grinding:

onion                                    -1
tomato                                  -2
chili powder                         -1/2 tsp
coriander powder                 -1 tsp
garam masala                       -1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste                -11/2 tsp


  • Marinate chicken with the ingredients for marinade for 1 hour.
  • In a blender grind the ingredients for grinding into a smooth paste.
  • In a pan heat oil and add the  ground paste.

  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • now add the marinated chicken to it.
  • Keep turning once in a while to coat the chicken with the masala .sprinkle water if necessary.
  • Cook until the chicken is well done.
  • Serve as an appetizer.
