Cherry Panacotta
Ingredients:
coconut milk -400 ml(2 cups)cherry flavor gelatin -90 g pack
sugar -2 tbsp.
pineapple slices -3-4
Method:
- In a pan mix 1 cup of coconut milk with sugar and allow it to boil.
- When its boiling slowly stir in the cherry flavoured gelatin pack and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Now Switch off the stove and add the remaining cup of coconut milk and mix well .
- Pour the mixture it into any dessert bowls/cups filling it half.
- Once it gets cooled down refrigerate it for atleast 4 hrs.
- Serve chill garnished with sliced pineapple
