Cherry Panacotta

Cherry Panacotta


 

Ingredients:

coconut milk                 -400 ml(2 cups)
cherry flavor gelatin     -90 g pack
sugar                             -2 tbsp.
pineapple slices            -3-4

Method:

  •  In a pan mix 1 cup  of coconut milk with sugar and allow it to boil.
 

  • When its boiling slowly stir in the cherry flavoured gelatin pack and stir until it completely dissolves.

  • Now Switch off the stove and add the remaining cup of coconut milk and mix well .


  • Pour the mixture it into any dessert bowls/cups filling it half.

  • Once it gets cooled down refrigerate it for atleast 4 hrs.

  • Serve  chill garnished with sliced pineapple
