Poori masala

Poori masala



Potato                   -4 medium size
onion                    -1
green chilli           -4
curry leaves          -few
ginger garlic paste -1/2tbsp
oil                         -2tbsp
Mustard seeds      -1/4tsp
cumin seeds          -1/4tsp
fennel seeds          -1/4tsp
amchur powder     -pinch
turmeric powder   -1/4 tsp
salt                        - to taste
milk                       -1tbsp


  • Boil and peel the potato cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, cumin, fennel seeds one by one then add the green chilli and fryfor a  min.ute

Add onion,salt fry until its cooked and add ginger garlic paste stir
once smell goes off add turmeric powder, amchur powder.

Then add a cup of water ,once water get boiled add cooked potato.

Cook until masala gets thick.

Serve with poori.
